i cant email

Hi, all of a sudden i cant email from my computer with vista on not from hotmail.com or from the msn internet program (btw vista says that program is incompatible) so any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked your settings under Tools/Accounts - Mail tab in Windows Mail to ensure that all of the information is correct? Since you don't post any information as to who your ISP may be, it's hard to be of much more help.
Hotmail is not supported in Windows Mail in Vista. And have you checked with Comcast to see that your settings are in fact correct? To send mail, they now require authentication be enabled if you wish to use their SMTP server.
